With more than nineteen years of combined experience, Anna and Angela bring extensive expertise in treating a diverse range of diagnoses and patient populations. During their time as physical therapists at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, they recognized a need for specialized physical therapy services in the home. A cancer diagnosis or chronic health condition can bring an already overwhelming number of appointments and added challenges to daily life.

Our mission is to make expert, personalized care more accessible by bringing specialized physical therapy directly to you—providing high-quality care in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Dr. Anna Plastina PT, DPT, CLT

Anna Plastina is a licensed physical therapist in New York. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University in 2017. Prior to Columbia, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Psychology and Exercise Science.

Anna began her career at Mount Sinai Hospital, where she treated a diverse inpatient population and specialized in neurologic, orthopedic and oncologic conditions. During this time, she developed a passion for working with older adults, neurological impairments, and individuals affected by cancer. She later joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, developing expertise in oncologic rehabilitation and lymphedema/edema management. As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), she provides customized Complete Decongestive Therapy to manage patients’ lymphedema and post-operative swelling.

Anna is passionate about empowering her patients to regain strength, restore function, and improve their quality of life throughout every stage of treatment, recovery, and their lifespan. In addition to her clinical expertise, Anna is a certified Mat Pilates instructor and enjoys incorporating Pilates-based movement principles into her rehabilitation programs where applicable. 

Anna resides in New York City with her husband and daughter. Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys cooking, traveling (especially anywhere with mountains!) exercise/pilates, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Dr. Angela Gucciardo PT, DPT, OnCS, CLT, WCC

Angela Gucciardo (Spicciati) is a licensed physical therapist in New York and New Jersey who earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University in 2016. She brings 10 years of highly specialized clinical experience in oncology rehabilitation and lymphedema and edema management. Having honed her expertise at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, she holds an advanced Board Certification in Oncologic Physical Therapy, distinguishing her as an expert in managing the complex physical side effects of cancer treatments. 

As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), she provides customized Complete Decongestive Therapy to help patients manage lymphedema and post-operative swelling. Angela’s comprehensive treatment approach combines manual lymphatic drainage, multi-layer compression bandaging, and personalized therapeutic exercise as appropriate. These targeted interventions safely reduce swelling, alleviate discomfort, and restore functional mobility. In addition to her clinical focus in oncology, Angela treats a wide range of general orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients recover from injury, manage pain, and improve daily function. She focuses on teaching sustainable self-care strategies so her patients feel empowered and confident throughout their recovery journeys.

Angela resides in New York City with her husband and son. Outside of her clinical practice, she is an avid baker who enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, and creating memories with her friends and family.
